“EMI” Circular Screen Separators are self-contained, Compact, production machines which makes precise mechanical separations according to particle size through efficient use of multiplane inertial vibrations techniques.

They are designed and built to solve the most difficult classifying, separating and dewatering problems. One of five surface screens is superimposed to yield six predetermined fractions. These Screens are being used to make accurate separations ranging from 51mm to 0.03556mm (400mesh) Standard models, sized from 18″ Diameter to 100″ Diameter and equipped with the finest quality screens, which are built of MS or S5.-304. Other construction materials as well as a variety of protective coatings can be supplied if required or depending upon application.
